Do you ship internationally?

Yes, our online store ships internationally. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours to track your package during its journey. You can track your order here.

How long does it take to ship an order?

For shipments within Spain, the approximate delivery time is 1 - 3 days.
For shipments within Europe, the delivery time approximate delivery time is 2 - 5 days.
For shipments outside Europe, approximate delivery time is 3 - 15 days.
Free shipping on orders over €300.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary.
In times of promotions and holidays shipments may be delayed.


Exchanges, returns and refunds

Items purchased in our physical stores are not subject to returns or refunds through the web. Presenting the purchase ticket, they can be exchanged for another product in the same physical store where it was purchased.
Online purchases can be returned free of charge up to 15 days after receipt. The refund will be made once the product arrives at our offices.
Online purchases can be exchanged for another product in stock at no cost up to 30 days after receipt.
In both situations the product must be returned in its original box, in perfect condition and inside the protective cloth bag.

Do I have to pay customs costs or taxes?


All taxes are included for EU countries. All other international shipments do not include duties or taxes, customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply at time of delivery. We are unable to estimate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur as these charges are imposed directly by the country the order is being shipped to.

Do the products have a guarantee?


All LUPO Barcelona products have a valid two-year warranty. If the product suffers from a manufacturing problem within this period, it will be repaired or exchanged for a new product at no cost. The warranty does not cover misuse of the product or theft of the product.

How can I take care of my Lupo?


Bovine leather is a delicate material, to maintain the soft texture that characterizes our bags consider the following:< br data-mce-fragment="1">
  • Store inside the protective bag.
  • Avoid direct exposure to the sun for long periods of time.
  • Avoid direct contact with oil-based products and tinted liquids.
