Do you ship internationally?
Yes, our online store ships worldwide, once your order is confirmed you will receive a tracking number within 24h to track where your package is at all times. You can track your order, here.
How long does it take you to ship an order?
For orders within Spain, approximate delivery times are 1 - 3 days.
For order inside Europe the approximate shipping time is of 2 - 5 days.
For orders outside of Europe the approximate shipping time is of 3 - 15 days.
Free shipping is available for purchases over 250€.
Shipping times are estimate and may vary. Please consider that during sales, winter holidays and summer holidays orders might take a few more days.
Exchanges, returns and refunds.
Products bought in our physical stores are not eligible for returns or refund, only exchanges always presenting the receipt as proof of purchase.
Products purchased through our online store lupobarcelona.com can be returned 15 days after purchase. Refund will be made once the order has arrived back to our offices.
Returns can be made up to 30 days after purchase for another product currently in stock.

Do I have to pay customs duties?
All taxes are included for EU countries. All other international shipments are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.
Is there warranty?
All Lupo Barcelona handbags are covered by a two-year warranty. If the product presents a manufacturing default within this time period we will repair it or exchange it for a new product free of charge.
Please note that the warranty does not cover misuse or theft of the product .
Do you have a repair service?
We offer a repair service in our atelier in Barcelona. If your handbag has suffered an incident please contact us at [email protected] attaching a picture for us to asses the state and provide with the best viable solution. A repair fee is applied to products not covered by a warranty.
Can I make a custom order?
Yes, we have our customization service “Create your Lupo”, please fill in the details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How can I take care of my Lupo?
Leather is delicate and to keep that soft texture that characterizes a Lupo Barcelona handbag take note of the following advice:
* Keep inside the Lupo protective bag when not in use.
* Avoid sun exposure for prolonged periods of time.
* Avoid contact with oil based products and tinted liquids.
