Returns

In case of return all the products price will be refunded. Reimbursement will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. The shipping costs generated from the return of the products will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Products can be returned 15 days after reception and exchanged up to 30 days after reception. All items must not be used and in perfect condition, inside the Lupo Barcelona shipping box.
